Usage       : .dmail all
Description : Delete ALL of your mail!

Usage       : .dmail <message list>
Description : Delete all messages whose numbers appear in <message list>.

The numbers in a message list can be given in any order and can be
separated by either commas, spaces, a hyphen, or all of these characters.

To delete a range of messages, give the number of the first message to be
deleted then a hyphen (-) followed by the number of the last message to
be deleted. All messages from the first number through to the last number
(including the first and last message specified) will be deleted.

NOTE: Deleted messages can NOT be recovered.

Examples:
.dmail 10               Delete message number 10
.dmail 43 , 5 16 4, 1   Delete messages 1, 4, 5, 16, and 43
.dmail 2-4 17 - 21      Delete messages 2, 3, 4, 17, 18, 19, 20, and 21
